St. John's Athletics is hiring for three Graduate Assistantships in our Marketing & Promotions and Ticket Operations departments. Applicants must receive acceptance into a St. John's University 2-year graduate program to be eligible. These are 2-year positions, and 1-year graduate programs are not eligible. Please share with any students who might be interested in taking the next step in growing their career in sports!
Marketing & Promotions Graduate Assistant – This position will work within the sports marketing department and will assist in game-day marketing and promotions for designated sports. These duties include, but are not limited to, planning and executing on-field/on-court promotions, script writing, distribution of fan giveaways, and strategizing and implementing new ideas to improve game-day atmosphere and attendance. The position will take ownership of assigned Olympic sports.
Ticket Operations Graduate Assistant (2) – This position will provide hands-on experience in collegiate athletics ticketing, sales, customer service, fan engagement, and event operations while supporting St. John’s Men’s and Women’s Basketball. The position also provides opportunities to assist with sales and outbound calling initiatives designed to increase attendance across St. John’s Olympic sports.
